Created by Brian Arnold & FilmLifeFilms at the late Convent Art House in San Francisco, this feature length project was written, produced and shot in the heart of a dying art house. It's stars were then-artists-in-residence and the plot abstractly followed one of their stories.
Many of Ж's compositions appear in this score, composed when they, an artist in residence, were living at the Convent.

An Experimental Ice Opera based on the Novel 'Roveses"
Written based on the abstract, allegorical story by Ж, the music was set to sound over the course of three years. It tells the story of Scaarleas, an extraterrestrial girl living on a frozen exoplanet in deep space, home to light entities who language can only be sung and whose voices are unbearable.
