SERRULATE SONANCE

Serrulate Sonance is by no means new. 

It is a composition method stylized by Ж which utilizes as wide a variety of genre sounds as possible in order to create musical pieces which are highly unusual in style. 

In order to create and record the most unusual sounds possible, Ж often find themself utilizing excessively strange methods. Some examples include recording the vibrations of refrigerators or picking a guitar with a shard of glass.. 

When working in serrulate sonance, a musician becomes a sort of sonic surgeon, cutting up various genres and grafting them together, synthesizing new ones as if new chemical elements.

The term was coined by Ж to loosely mean "cut up sound".
